I had a great time at this hotel, mainly due to its fantastic location within walking distance of so many activities in New Orleans. The rooms were clean and modern, offering a great view, but I did find it inconvenient that there was no mini fridge. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable, although some communication could have been better. Overall, it was a decent value for what I paid, even if the location had its share of challenges with transporting luggage.
